Terms of Service

By using this website, you agree to these terms and to use VetRub lawfully and respectfully. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details secure. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website when reasonably necessary.

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate, but occasional errors may occur. We may correct an error, limit quantities, or cancel an order when information is materially inaccurate or a product is unavailable. Product use should follow the label and applicable professional advice.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when VetRub confirms it. Prices and applicable taxes or delivery charges are shown during checkout. Payments are processed through the payment options made available at checkout, and we do not store full payment card details.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary by location or circumstances outside our control. Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the applicable policy communicated for your order. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

VetRub and its licensors own the website’s branding, text, graphics, product content, and software. You may use the website for personal shopping only and may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

VetRub provides the website and product information on an “as available” basis. Information on this website is not veterinary diagnosis or a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
